Processing & Shipping Time We process orders within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.
Shipping Rates & Carriers Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination. We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Domestic Shipping We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the United States. Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
International Shipping We currently do not ship internationally at this time. But hopefully this will change in the near future!
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package's progress.
Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier or contact us for assistance.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Shipping Restrictions Due to regulations, we are unable to ship certain products to specific locations. If an item in your order cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you and issue a refund.
